Edge seeks to dispatch all items within 3 days (excluding weekends).Edge use 24hr or 48hr Parcelforce services, or for small packages, first class post. We do not guarantee that parcels will arrive within 24 or 48 hours, only that parcels will be dispatched on that service. Edge cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by failure of our carriers. In the unlikely event that goods ordered are not in stock, customers are requested to allow up to 14 days for delivery. Customers will be kept informed of an expected delivery date in the event of a longer delay.

Important Delivery Notice
Please ensure deliveries are shipped to a manned address. Deliveries sent to un-manned addresses will be returned to the depot and will create delays before redelivery.
